A, scope,
This standard applies to the company produces the lamps and lanterns of unified inspection items and inspection instructions. This standard stimulates the technical requirements of the LED Lights and lanterns, test methods, inspection rule, marks, packaging, transport and storage conditions. LED lamps and lanterns is refers to the LED as lighting lamps and lanterns of light-emitting devices, with high pressure sodium lamp, metal halide lamp as light source, compared to the traditional lamps and lanterns has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and long life.

Third, inspection items
1, electric performance parameters:
① working voltage.
② working current.
③ power.
④ power factor.
⑤ security levels of lamps and lanterns.
 
2, optical parameters:
① light intensity, light intensity distribution curve, such as light intensity curve.
② luminous flux: total luminous flux, luminous flux effectively, regional flux form, band flux form.
③ intensity of illumination, intensity of illumination distribution, such as illuminance curve.

4, reliability test

Fifth, the technical requirements

2, environmental conditions
① products in temperature 25 ℃ to 40 ℃ can reliable work.
② products in the temperature - 40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ can reliable storage.
③ products in relative humidity 95% R.H. or less reliable work.
④ product batch exposed under the condition of vibration will not harm to the normal work of the product.
⑤ products of handling during free fall will not harm to the normal work of the product.
⑥ Those products in the atmospheric pressure is 86 ~ 106 kpa can reliable work.
 
3, working power supply
Rated voltage of 170 ~ 170 v. Rated frequency, 50/60 hz;
 
4, performance requirements
① LED lamps need to have good heat dissipation system, ensure the LED lamps and lanterns work under normal circumstances, the aluminum base PCB temperature shall not exceed 65 ℃.
② the LED lamps and lanterns should have over temperature protection function.
③ the LED lamps and lanterns should have abnormal protection control circuit, LED lamps and lanterns must set has 3 c, UL or VDE certification of fusing device, as when abnormal over-current protection circuit.
④ the LED lamps and lanterns should have LED abnormal working resistance, LED lamps and lanterns namely, each LED series by an independent set of constant current source circuit drive, should guarantee the constant current circuit breakdown short-circuit exceptional circumstances have LED to the safe operation, and stable current.

6, the electromagnetic compatibility requirements

7, shell protection grade
Protection grade of lamps and lanterns, according to the GB4208-1993 enclosure protection class (IP code) for detection of lamps and lanterns structure whether meet the design requirements of protection class.
 
8, the reliability of LED lamps and lanterns
LED lamps and lanterns of average trouble-free working time should be no less than 50000 hours.
 
9, LED lamps and lanterns of life
LED lamps light source under the condition of normal use of the average life expectancy should be greater than 50000 hours. Note: 70% of the luminous flux is lower than the die erste installation as end of life.
 
Six, product inspection
1, the structure of the appearance inspection
① appearance inspection, visual inspection, the appearance should comply with the provisions of the cosmetic requirements.
② the dimensional check: the use of tape or similar tools measurement, size should comply with the provisions of the dimensional requirements.
③ material inspection: visual inspection, material should comply with the requirements of regulations.
④ the assembly check: visual inspection and, if necessary, by GB7000.1-2002 section 4.12 test, assembly shall meet the requirements of the assembly.
 
2, lamps and lanterns performance tests
① lamps and lanterns of electrical parameters conform to the parameters of the same product research and development department to provide.

③ reliability test in accordance with the same product of lamps and lanterns of research and development department to provide test.
 
Seven, signs and labels and instructions
1, logo, label each LED lamps and lanterns logo or name plate in a prominent position setting, include the following contents:
① model, code and product standard number;
② the full name of the product name;
③ factory full name and trademark;
④ power factor;
⑤ working temperature;
⑥ IP protection grade;
⑦ rated voltage, rated power, rated correlated color temperature, rated flux, rated life;
 
2, operation instruction
Each LED lamps and lanterns configuration instructions should be given to all of the information security and proper use of this equipment. The information should include the following contents:
① working principle diagram;
② the main technical indicators;
③ installation drawing and requirements;
④ security considerations;
 
Eight, packaging, transportation, storage
1, check before packing
① product certification and technical documents, accessories, spare parts and complete;
② packing list and random spare accessories list is complete;
③ product appearance without damage;
④ product surface dust.
 
2, packing
① packing mark on the product packaging should be the name of the product, model, quantity, executive standard no., etc.
② packing products should have the inner packing and outer packing, the packing should be dustproof, waterproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-vibration measures.
 
3, transportation
Products should be suitable for land, air and sea freight. Transportation, loading and unloading operation according to the signs on the packing. Products in transport, there should be no violent vibration and impact.
 
4, storage
LED lamps and lanterns should be within the relative humidity is not more than 70% of the warehouse storage, indoor without acid, alkali, salt and corrosive, explosive gas, dust and rain and snow.
